About the Role HR Generalist based in Torrance, CA supporting Our Client. The role includes full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits support, performance management assistance, employee relations, and administration of HR policies and processes. Requirements Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment, including posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientation and exit interviews. Provide support for employee benefits questions and assist with benefit enrollments. Review employee timecards and ensure timely approval by managers.
