About the Role Manage end-to-end ocean freight operations for import and export shipments, including carrier and trucking relationships, rate negotiation, compliance with international trade regulations, shipment monitoring, documentation oversight, team supervision, KPI analysis, budget management, and process improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with ocean carriers and trucking companies. Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service agreements to optimize cost and service quality.
