About the Role A bakery franchise company with training centers in New Jersey and California is hiring a Bakery Training Specialist. This role delivers pre-opening training for new bakery stores, covering product preparation, quality control, and store operations to ensure a successful launch. You will also provide foundational training for internal employees, support training center operations, and develop training materials. Reports to the Senior Training Center Manager.
