Eagle View Elementary School, Port Hardy, BC
0.20 FTE Temporary – Grade 3/4
Commencing: September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 or return of the incumbent, whichever comes first.
Qualifications
- Elementary teaching experience
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability and energy to work with multi-age groups and meet the needs of students with a range of learning styles and abilities using a variety of teaching strategies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills to communicate with students, staff, and parents in a team oriented approach to teaching and learning
- Understanding of evidence based literacy assessments and strategies
- Strong formative assessment practices
- Experience with RTI (Response to Intervention) systems
- Ability to integrate technology to enhance student learning
