Opportunity Description
**Floor Support/Team Lead**
At Adecco, an On-Site Floor Support can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
Responsibilities for this On-Site Floor Support role include:
+ Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes
+ Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed
+ Attend client meetings
+ Assist with onsite timekeeping
+ Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met
+ Complete associate counseling in regard to performance and attendance when needed.
+ Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed
+ This will be a weekend 12 hour shift, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6 am - 6 pm.
Qualifications:
Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift. Previous team lead experience in warehouse setting desired, but not required. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse enviro...
