1-QA Analyst / 1-QA Engineer
We are looking for a QA Analyst / QA Engineer to join our technology team and ensure the functional quality of key corporate platforms, including Assisted Channels environments (Contact Center, Branches), internal applications, and enterprise systems.
You will work closely with functional teams, developers, and business stakeholders to define, plan, and execute high quality testing processes across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
Design, define, and execute manual functional and integration tests.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and evidence.
Monitor and track defects throughout the full testing lifecycle.
Use Jira for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
Validate new features and support end to end testing processes.
Review UI consistency, usability, and functional behavior.
Identify risks, negative scenarios, and potential user issues.
