The role will be key in supporting the Financial Controller in ensuring monthly and quarterly HR data reporting, variable pay/payroll analysis and employer of choice data collection is completed accurately and on time.

Key Work Outputs & Accountabilities Produce monthly HR reporting analysis including but not limited to starter and leaver movement, FTE actual vs budget, M/F headcount analysis, promotions and transfers within the business. Ensuring all data required by the business is prepared within the deadlines set Support the business/senior management team where required on HR analysis required for decision making Monthly and quarterly analysis on employee retention Quarterly employer of choice data collection Monthly analysis on all payroll elements where required with specific focus on variable pay paid to employees (overtime, commissions, bonus etc.) Monthly reporting on recruitment data with a focus on analysis and explanation of the key trends Produce monthly headcoun...
