Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroom environment.
- Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, and service.
- Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards.
- Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience.
- Collect customer details and interests for follow-up, and enter leads accurately into the CRM system.
- Support brand awareness through compelling content creation, social media platforms, and other promotional activities.
- Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administration, and cashiering where required.
- Help manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items.
- Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights with management.
