Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via phone, remote and on‑site assistance.
- Record, analyze and resolve tickets in ITSM tool, ensuring correct categorization, prioritization and SLA compliance.
- Handle tickets for operating systems, hardware, peripherals, printers, scanners, mobile devices and corporate IT services.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of incidents and requests of low to medium complexity.
- Escalate tickets to resolution teams when necessary.
- Ensure high availability, stability and performance of client environments.
- Train and guide users on proper use of systems, equipment and best practices.
