ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- Fluent in German language dealing with different technical experts, and first line support. Basic Linux operations support and troubleshooting.
- Managing support tickets, OLAs, and KPIs, and working in a standby team, with different shifts for support and maintenance topics.
- Ability to design and develop dashboards using PowerBi or Grafana.
- Running daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks for security, compliance, MOD and MIM topics. Generating and reviewing monthly eLan reporting and MOD schedules.
- Understanding of basic operations KPIs and meeting deadlines and timelines. Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and operations applications.
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- Experience in Servicenow configurations, operations, design, reporting, and development Familiarity with compliance requirements and processes.
