Application Production Support Analyst (L2)
to support
Supply Chain and Trade Finance applications globally . This role ensures a
stable, resilient production environment , handling incident resolution, system monitoring, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Provide
24/7 L2 production support
across global applications Troubleshoot and resolve
complex production issues , including root cause analysis and workaround solutions Manage
incidents, service requests, and problem tickets , ensuring timely resolution and escalation Coordinate with
development teams and vendors
to deliver permanent fixes Monitor systems proactively and enhance
alerting and preventive controls Support
application releases, change management, and maintenance activities Participate in
disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BCP), and live run activities Perform
end-of-day/month batch support
