**Job Description**

The Maintenance Technician sets up, installs, adjusts, and maintains a wide range of industrial production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role combines hands-on electrical and mechanical work with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement in a highly automated, clean, and temperature-controlled environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up, install, adjust, and maintain production equipment including conveyors, automation systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, encoders, motors, and variable frequency drives.
+ Perform routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Inspect equipment regularly and as needed to verify proper operation, identify wear or failures, and address issues before they impact production.
