174108 Senior Manager - Data Controls Management (Director-level)

The Senior Manager - Data Controls Management role is responsible for strengthening data quality and controls across the division and firm. The role will build and scale the enterprise Data Supply Chain (DSC) program and lead a technology enabled data control capability designed to strengthen governance, transparency and risk management across the full data lifecycle for Personal Wealth.
This leader will shape and execute the long-term vision, operating model, control framework, tooling strategy, and execution approach for data quality and controls, scaling the DSC program into a sustainable, business as usual enterprise capability. The role oversees end to end data flows - from source systems through transformation and movement to client facing consumption - leveraging modern data platforms, data lineage and metadata tools, automation, dashboards, and GenAI enabled discovery to reduce operational and regulatory risk and improve data quality.
