Overview The Bluebonnet Trails Community Services (BTCS) Forensic Assertive Community Treatment Team Intensive Case Manager (FACT ICM) is responsible for providing outstanding person-centered intensive case management services as part of the Forensic Services Team. The target populations are adults who are currently involved in or at risk of involvement in the criminal justice system and have a diagnosed severe and persistent mental health disorder. This position reports directly to the TCOOMMI/FACT Director and requires the development and maintenance of effective, professional working relationships with legal stakeholders and other community service providers with focus on integration of assertive community treatment teams, mental health deputies, and crisis services. This is a Monday through Friday, non-exempt, field-based position with flexible hours – no on-call or nightshift.
