The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all plant equipment and systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role focuses heavily on electrical troubleshooting and repair while also supporting mechanical maintenance needs across the facility. The technician will diagnose issues, interpret schematics, and work with advanced automation systems, including robotics and PLCs, to minimize downtime and support continuous production.

**Essential Skills**

+ 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
