Lead the development and execution of L’Oréal UK & Ireland’s Amazon Media strategy to accelerate growth and innovation across the group.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Define and own the Amazon media test & learn roadmap, aligning local priorities with the global learning agenda and divisions.
• Provide strategic recommendations and support to divisions on Amazon full‑funnel planning and execution to drive desired KPIs (ROAS, NTB, etc).
• Work closely with media agencies to ensure high‑quality day‑to‑day execution of Amazon campaigns and adherence to global standards and golden rules.
• Establish and oversee group‑wide media governance to maximize efficiency and growth, while strategically aligning with divisional swimlanes.
