2026/2027 School Occupational Therapist - Greenfield, CA

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for conducting student evaluations, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and documenting services in accordance with each student’s plan of care. The OT works collaboratively with school staff to support students’ functional independence and participation in educational activities.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice required
+ Minimum of one (1) year of professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR certification, if applicable
+ TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray), if applicable
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulations)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
