Child Serve is seeking an Administrative Fellow whose passion is to become a leader in the healthcare industry. Child Serve 's Administrative Fellowship Program is a 12-month learning experience commencing in summer of 202 7 , dedicated to preparing new professionals for future healthcare career success. Fellows will work closely with the leadership team throughout the program on strategic projects that further the organization's mission and vision. Fellows will have exposure to the executive team through mentorship, project work, and meetings. The fellowship consists of core rotations in areas such as Administration, Clinical Operations, Finance, Quality, and Human Resources.
