Along the way, you will obtain a strong foundation in financial analysis and deal execution. Our internship programs are designed to provide a realistic view of Global Capital Markets by having the interns assume the functions of Full-Time Analysts. Role and Responsibilities The role and responsibilities of Industrial Placement & Summer Analyst include: Work in one or more of our main product groups, building a strong foundation of financial skills and a solid understanding of the market. Develop a foundational understanding of capital markets products, including equities, fixed income instruments, and derivatives used for financing and risk management, through structured training and on the job exposure Support the origination, structuring, marketing, and execution of equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, followon offerings, and fixed income issuances, working closely with senior bankers and crossfunctional teams. Conduct financial, market, and investor analysis, including market updates, comparable transaction analysis, and assessment of macroeconomic and capital markets trends to support the business. Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials, such as pitch books, transaction presentations, marketing documents, and internal briefing notes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Work with internal stakeholders across Sales & Trading, Syndicate, Research, Legal, Risk and Operations to ensure effective coordination and timely execution of transactions. Demonstrate strong teamwork, professionalism, and work ethic in a fast paced environment, contributing to multiple workstreams and meeting tight deadlines.
