Role & Responsibilities Coordinating and taking care for a certain market rollout in all belongings of my product Maintains overview over the Feature Team specific processes & structures. Ensures that the Feature Team solution for a market will be implemented & tested. Fit-To-Template: Conduct all FIT/GAP workshops & introduces the template processes to markets. Ensure that Fit-to-Template workshops result in FITs or pre-evaluated GAPs. Organises and ensures that potential GAPs are discussed with the FT experts. Maintains documentation of findings according to centrally provided documentation approach (e.g., Process FIT). Ensures that the required data collection sheets are filled out (master data & customizing). Ensures business and technical roll-out activities are considered in my Feature Team's wave planning / backlog.
