Opportunity Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the school setting is responsible for conducting student evaluations and providing therapy services in alignment with each student’s individualized plan of care and physician orders, when applicable. The SLP also ensures accurate documentation and collaborates with school staff to support student communication and learning outcomes.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment required
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; may be required based on state or contract
+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR certification, if applicable
+ TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray), if applicable
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulations)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
