We’re searching for a UK-based 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our OneView Customer Support team, so that we can deliver reliable, high-quality support across complex, mission-critical environments. The 2nd Line Support Analyst will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, collaborate with engineering teams, and support customers using our OneView platform to ensure stability, performance, and an exceptional customer experience.
