**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**
**Essential Skills**
+ Industrial maintenance experience working on heavy machinery.
+ Strong mechanical capabilities with motors, gears, bearings, and related components.
+ Hands-on experience performing mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
+ Proficiency in preventive maintenance practices for industrial equipment.
+ Welding skills suitable for repair and basic fabrication work.
+ Familiarity with industrial electrical systems (experience with electrical work is a plus).
+ Ability to work with PLC-related equipment at a basic support level.
+ Capability to diagnose mechanical issues methodically and implement effective solutions.
+ Ability to provide and use a personal mechanic set of tools, with metric tools strongly preferred due to a metric-based shop.
+ Openness to candidates with automotive technician backgrounds or mechatronics graduates who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
