2nd Shift Production Associate

**Job Title:** Production Associate

**Schedule:** M-F 3:30pm-2:00am

**Pay:** $21/hour

**Overview**

Hiring production associates for a manufacturing facility. Work includes machine operation, assembly, and general production tasks across multiple departments.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate production equipment (presses, expanders, saws, etc.)
+ Perform assembly using hand tools
+ Follow work instructions and basic drawings
+ Check product quality during and after production
+ Support line setup, changeovers, and production runs
+ Keep work area clean and follow safety rules

**Requirements (Must Have)**

+ 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience
+ Machine operation experience (automated equipment preferred)
+ Assembly line experience (required)
+ Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
+ Reliable attendance
