This role is responsible for translating strategic vision into actionable, integrated marketing plans and managing the campaign lifecycle. This role maintains a working knowledge of their client's brand, consumer profiles, and the agricultural landscape, enabling them to make strategic recommendations tailored to agribusiness and industry stakeholders. The Account Supervisor acts as the primary point of contact for the client, balancing the agency’s work quality with strict financial stewardship. They are responsible for the health of the relationship and the consistent growth of the programs they lead.
