Support the counter and concierge duties Extract daily/weekly/monthly performance reports Handle all enquiries at counter including creating of cases and update daily appointment list. Assist all frontline customer service transactions including membership sign up, submission of assistance programmes, card replacement etc. Requirements: - Min.
