Summary
We are looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our Columbia Retail team in York. The role involves supporting store and team success, contributing to profitability and customer satisfaction, and stepping in for the Store Manager when absent.
Responsibilities
- Provide all customers with excellent service and product advice to elevate the consumer experience, using our Customer Service best practices.
- Contribute to maximizing store sales and monitor sales progress & results against key targets.
