You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing deals with clients, all while meeting targets and KPIs.

What You’ll Do:

• Business Development: Build new client relationships and negotiate terms of business.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify top talent using job boards, social media, and your own network.
• Interview & Offer Process: Prep candidates for interviews and guide them through offers and transitions.
• Database & Administration: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with candidates and clients.
