3D Studio Supervisor

Role context

This is a founding role for the company's in-house 3D capability. The Supervisor will build the pipeline from the ground up — hardware, software, workflows, team — and own the quality and output of all CGI assets produced for the brand.

Key responsibilitie

• sPipeline ownership: Design and implement end-to-end 3D production pipeline for still renders and CGI video — from brief intake to final asset delivery. Establish asset management, naming conventions, versioning, and archival systems
• .AI-integrated CGI workflows: Build and evolve AI-augmented CGI production workflows across modeling, texturing, look development, scene generation, animation assistance, upscaling, cleanup, and iteration acceleration — while maintaining brand-grade visual quality, consistency, and production control
