3rd / 4th Year Apprentice Millwright (Glenevis)

Opportunity

The 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Millwright / Industrial Mechanic at Wayfinder’s Big Molly site near Glenevis is responsible for optimizing plant production by inspecting, maintaining sand plant equipment, assisting maintenance and projects as directed by the Maintenance Manager. Frac Sand Facility experience is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment safely in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Wayfinder policies; provide maintenance support by keeping rotating and stationary equipment clean, lubricated and maintained.
• Assist with production equipment screen changes, shoveling, cleanup and general maintenance to limit downtime when the plant is not in operation.
• Complete pre‑inspection checks on the facility and its equipment for safe operation.
• Perform inventory counts of maintenance related parts, maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory reporting of tools, etc.
