3rd Line Support Engineer Initial 6-Month Contract On-site in Belfast £300 a day Inside IR35 We're working with a global IT Services Provider who are looking for an 3rd Line support Engineer to provide onsite support across infrastructure and end-user technology within an operational environment. Responsibilities: Act as the onsite escalation point for IT support issues across users, systems, and infrastructure Support day-to-day infrastructure operations including servers, networking, hardware installation, and equipment racking Assist with project delivery and system rollouts Liaise between local users and global IT teams Support business-critical system changes and provide hypercare during rollouts Requirements: Proven experience working within a Third Line/IT Engineer role Strong IT troubleshooting experience across infrastructure, networking, and business applications Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Desktop, and Server environments Understanding of netwo...
