Position Overview

The University of California, Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR) invites applications for a 4-H Science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture and Mathematics Academic Coordinator 2.

The Academic Coordinator leads the University of California 4H STEAM Initiative to develop, strengthen, and evaluate programmatic opportunities for California’s young people in the areas of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and agriculture education. A key focus of this position is to adapt and design culturally responsive best and innovative practices, programs, activities, and curriculum to reach youth from communities that have not historically participated in the 4-H Program. This position connects with the UC ANR initiative to increase youth readiness to enter the workforce.
