Opportunity Description
Our client, a Singapore-based research organisation with a strong focus on social trends and public opinion, is looking for a new team member.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct structured phone surveys and collect public opinion and social trends.
- Update responses into computer systems (training will be provided).
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level.
- Effective telephone communication skills.
- Able to handle situations in a calm & professional manner.
- Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages.
- Proficient in computer software.
- Prior call‐centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
Monday to Friday / 4 Hours ONLY
- Afternoon – 12.30pm to 4.30pm (4 headcount)
- Evening – 5.30pm to 9.30pm (1 headcount)
