Job Responsibilities: Conducting structured phone surveys and collecting of on public opinion and social trends Update responses into computer systems (Training will be provided) Job Requirements: Min. GCE 'N' Level Effective telephone communication skills Able to handle situations in a calm & professional manner Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages Proficient in computer software Prior call-centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience will be preferred Self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work Working Hours:
Monday to Friday / 4 Hours ONLY Afternoon
-12.30pm to 4.30pm x 4 Headcount Evening
