Job Responsibilities:
+ These activities will include timecard management, tracking of employee funding status, execution of contract modifications / deliverables, overall employee compliance with company and customer expectations and customer satisfaction of IMS employees’ performance.
+ Assess employee performance and establish performance goals for each employee.
