6 Months Contract Trust Account Services Specialist, BOS Trustee (Maternity Cover)

Bank of Singapore Trustee Limited (BOS Trustee Limited), a trust company owned by Bank of Singapore Limited, seeks a support professional to handle trust administration activities.

• Support the administration of trust mandates; update trust account services, including insurance matters such as preparing and completing insurance forms for purchase, transfer, surrender or reduction under trust structures.
• Arrange BOS account opening, sub‑account opening and third‑party bank account opening; process bank forms such as CPF/CPA re‑profiling, BOS PE fund subscription, and signatory letters.
• Arrange execution of facility‑related documentation, e.g. credit facilities, guarantees, third‑party documents, memorandum of charge and deregistration of charges.
• Process timely updates for trust relevant parties – prepare forms and documentation, check KYC on file, and arrange signature verification and execution.
