Senior Manager (Organisational Diagnostics) Job Purpose
Direct and manages the Human Capital Metrics functionality, by the development of data points to track the Human Capital environment in the key area of, recruitment, performance, retention, compensation engagement systems, workforce age studies, cost per hire, and cost per time amongst others through the development of hypothesis, methodologies of research, analysis and tools of assessment in order to determine enablers, dis-enablers and solutions to development of Human Capital effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibility Areas Conceptualises and guides the development and implementation of strategies, research and proposals for contributing to organisational effectiveness. Provides a specialist advisory and supervisory service for the assessment function.
