Opportunity Description
- Manage multiple New Product Introductions (NPI) from prototype to customer approval
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement) for new product launches
- Assist to oversee technical management, including customer data package and BOM review
- Provide labor cost and NRE cost quotes to customers
- Support production activities during safe launch period for new products
- Manage and facilitate internal and vendor technical discussions
- Supervise teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Initiate Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Purchase Requests (PR) for NPI and engineering projects
- Assist with scale-up activities, troubleshooting, and process optimization
- Coordinate with vendors for new equipment, tooling, fixtures, and jigs
