6723 - Quantity Surveyor [Ang Mo Kio | Landed House Projects]

Salary: $3000 -$3800

Work schedule: 5 days, 9.30am-6.30pm; may require Saturday depending on workload or by appointment

Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts for private landed projects.
• Handle all contractual matters in relation to cost and time with clients, architects, engineers, designers, project coordinators and subcontractors.
• Valuing completed work and prepare claim settlement and notification correspondences to clients.
• Monitor projects, including materials and subcontractor cost forecast, to ensure strict adherence to budget.
• Call for supplier/subcontractor quotations and compare with tender details.
• Prepare quotation/Bill of quantity with Just Architects drawing.
• Fill in the tender document.
• Other quantity surveying related duties for building projects.
