Responsibilities
- Prepare relevant logistics for the team (travel, post, doc distribution).
- Handle office administrative duties (telephone, time management, meeting/event admin, job requisitions).
- Typing of letters, memos, reports.
- Collecting information for decision making.
- Welcoming and cascading information.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- High level of motivation to lead complex projects.
- English: Negotiation level.
- Spanish: Fluent.
