Position title : Field Support Executive
Location: Cathay Cineleisure Orchard (Somerset)
Working Days: 5-day (including Sat & Sun)
Working Timing: Start work at 10AM Weekday end at 6PM/630PM/7PM Saturday end at 5PM & Sun End at 430PM
Salary : $3500 - $4300
Job Description
Lead the setting up of new centres, overseeing all aspects of operational planning, logistics, and staffing to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
Reaching out / Business develop to potential franchisee.
To support develop SOP for setting up new centre with the goal of using these guidelines for future franchise training and expansion.
Provide on-site support during centre opening and initial operations to ensure smooth rollout.
Support the implementation and daily running of centre programmes.
Conduct training and on-site guidance for franchisees and centre staff on programme delivery and operational procedures.
