ABAC Compliance Operations Manager

**Job Description Summary**
The ABAC Compliance Operations Manager will support the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (“ABAC”) compliance operations across a complex, multinational energy enterprise operating in high-risk jurisdictions. This role sits within the ABAC Compliance team and will focus on strengthening day-to-day operational execution, improving ABAC processes and controls, supporting third-party risk management (“TPRM”) system implementation, managing issues through resolution, and coordinating risk-based due diligence activities.

The role will partner closely with Legal, Digital Technology, Commercial, Sourcing, HR, and business stakeholders to help ensure ABAC processes are executed consistently, accurately, and in alignment with approved policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory expectations.
