Aboriginal Justice Worker

An exciting opportunity is available for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker to join a multidisciplinary healthcare team supporting young people within a youth justice custodial environment. This role focuses on delivering culturally safe, person-centred care and supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people from reception through to release into the community.

This is an identified position and only Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are eligible to apply under Section 12 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 (Vic), which permits special measures to promote substantive equality for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
