Job Description

• Lead the organization's fundraising strategy and resource mobilization efforts to achieve annual fundraising targets.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate donors, CSR teams, foundations, trusts, HNIs, and philanthropic institutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong fundraising pipeline through prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Prepare compelling funding proposals, concept notes, grant applications, presentations, and donor communication materials.
• Drive donor engagement initiatives and ensure timely donor reporting, impact communication, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with programme teams to develop fundable projects and align donor interests with organizational priorities.
