Role Summary: An Accessibility Specialist / Tester for a Design System ensures that UI components are fully inclusive and compliant with WCAG standards before they reach production. They partner with designers and developers to catch barriers early, saving massive remediation costs later

Desirable : Certifications: IAAP CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies) or WAS (Web Accessibility Specialist).
