About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account & Admin Clerk to join our team at Nasmech Technology Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor and will play a crucial role in supporting our Accounting and Administration functions.
What you'll be doing
Performing general accounting duties such as maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and preparing monthly reports
Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
Providing administrative support to the Accounting and Finance teams, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Accounting and Finance Managers
