Account Assistant

We are a Singapore-registered company engaged in the design, development, and installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, focusing on sustainable and clean energy solutions for both commercial and residential properties. Acting as a solar project developer, we handle end-to-end execution, from system design and component procurement to installation and after-sales support.

The incumbent will operate in a lean team structure and is expected to perform full hands‑on operational finance work for managing day-to-day accounting activities.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the incumbent will support financial reporting and compliance while ensuring accuracy and strong internal controls.

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Prepare journal entries and postings
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Assist in month‑end closing
• Assist in GST filing
