Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Act as a designated support resource for assigned Account Managers to ensure post-sale success
- Complete reporting and data requirements based on specific client and team needs
- Troubleshoot escalated items related to claims, eligibility, and general account maintenance
- Perform data audit requests and support various ad-hoc projects assigned by leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
- Meet established cross-functional operational level agreements (OLAs)
- 1-2+ years of operational or customer service/support experience
- Previous experience in the PBM or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
