General administrative task & support Handling accounts receivable & accounts payable Handling general Accounting Tasks Administering payroll & maintaining employee records Handle MOM matters including work pass application / renewal / cancellation Workers dormitory arrangement. Coordinate with training & Development. Administer leave / MC records. Monthly CPF submission. Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc. Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing. Licence renewal & preparation of documents for submission. Prossess good organization, communication and people's skills Any ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned.
