Roles & Responsibility:

General Accounting

• Maintain accurate books under US GAAP using platforms such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero .
• Manage the full general ledger cycle with proper documentation and audit-ready records.

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Vendor setup and W-9 management.
• Perform 3-way matching and process vendor bills.
• Execute payments through Bill.com or similar tools .
• Support 1099 preparation and documentation .

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Generate and manage customer invoices.
